Guam Surcharge支払い手続きに関する、問題発生と解決策。（ＵＳＣＰＡ試験）

トラブル続きのＵＳＣＰＡ受験手続ですが、ＮＴＳ受領後に、Guamでの受験を申し込もうとした際に、

またもや嵌りました。

というのも、どうしてもＧｕａｍのテストセンターの予約ができなかったからです。

イライラして、ＰＣモニターを壊しそうになりました。（笑）

よく調べてみたら、予約できない原因は、Guamでの受験には、Penalty（追加コスト）が、発生すると言う事を知らなかったと言うことが判明しました。

このグアム受験生泣かせのGuam Surchargeは、「グアムには、アジア地域から大量の受験生が来る事を商機と見た」、NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy )の策略の賜物です。（笑）

という訳で、ここまでは、良かったのですが、さらなる問題が発生しました。

上記サイトから、Ｇｕａｍ Ｓｕｒｃｈａｒｇｅを払おうとすると、エラーが発生し、支払えない！

という訳で、下記のやり取りを、ＮＡＳＢＡとやり、解決しました。

非常に詳細な回答であり、皆様にも役立つと思うので、公開します。

問題は、貴公子の凡ミスでしたが。。。

Dear Sirs,

After I received NTS, I tried to pay "Guam Surcharge" on your site (https://ncd.nasba.org/gwprd/servlet/com.nasba.gwprd.hguw001?2,E) 

to schedule my exam day at Guam.

However, after several try, I still can NOT make payment because of the error message shown on the attached file(Error Message.bmp).

According to the error, "Section ID" I input in the payment-form seems to be wrong, but, as shown on the another attached file(NTS.bmp), "Section ID" I input such as 4415626 and 44156267 is definitely correct.

For other points, I do NOT have middle name, so the blank on this space might be no problem.

My birth day is 　month. day, 1970, so input like "xx/xx/1970" might also be no problem.

Additionally, there is NO Mother's  Madian Name, so "Unknown" is OK based on the instruction.

I can NOT find the reason why I get the error message as the above mentioned.

Could you please let me know how to solve this problem ???

Dear 貴公子

It appears all of your information to pay the Guam Surcharge was entered correctly with the exception of your
(state jurisdiction).  You entered (MN) for Minnesota, instead of (ME) for Maine.Please try to pay your Guam Surcharge again, this time make sure you put ME for state Jurisdiction.  Also, if you are not entering all four sections of the examination, please remove the 0's from the unused fields and leave them blank.  Please let me know if this works.   Thank you.
