Maine州、旧要件でNTS受領済。
Luckyだったと考えるべきなのでしょうかねえ？？？
昨夜のブログにも記載したのですが、下記の点が懸念点でした。

もし、NTSを持っているFARとBECを受験し、両科目に合格したとしても、AUDとREGを近い将来、申し込む際には、新要件を満たす必要があるのか？？？？
それとも、旧要件で合格したFARとBECのCreditがあるのだから、AUDとREGも、そのCreditがExpireするまでは、旧要件のままで、申し込めるのか？？？

と言うのも、貴公子は、旧要件でのNTSを持っているので。。。。
確かに、3/23にMaine Accounting Boardから受領したメールを素直に読めば、貴公子のケースでは、「本年8月に、現行のNTSを使い、BECかFARに合格すれば、そのCreditが消滅するまで、旧要件のままで、受験ができる。」らしいが、再確認をしたかった。
OKそうな雰囲気ですが、Confirmationが欲しかったのが、本音です。

If you applied prior to February 29, 2012 and you have a valid NTS, you are permitted to continue to sit until the NTS expires. At that time, if you do not have conditional credit, you will be required to meet the new education requirements.

某予備校からの情報でも、OKとのFlagが立っておりますが、自分で、裏を取らない事は、昔から信用しないタチなので（笑）、Maine Accounting Boardに、自分で照会をしました。
（ITの仕事でもそうですが、ベンダーが「Microsoft社に確認したので、OKです。」とか言うのは、
大抵、怪しいので、自分自身で、Microsoft社に照会する様にしております。）
そうしたら、早速、回答が来ました。
この辺は、とても速い！！！
結論として、貴公子は、超ラッキーだった様です。
Lucky 1） 貴公子は、2月28日にメイン州にInternetで申し込み、3月頭にNTSを受領したが、
2/28までのMaine Accounting Boardへの申し込みの場合は、旧要件が適用されたとの事。
後、20時間遅く、Applyしたら、受験資格が無かった！
Lucky 2） 3月からMaine州での東京受験が突然、可能になった。

Lucky 3) 前述の様に、「本年8月までに、現行のNTSを使い、BECかFARに合格すれば、そのCreditが消滅するまで、旧要件のままで、残り２科目も受験ができる。」と言う事が判明した。
と言う訳で、４月受験＠Hawaiを申し込み済となっておりますが、余裕でキャンセルします。（笑）
今回の変更の被害者の方（例えば、全部の書類を旧要件ベースで整えつつ、２月末までに、Applyしていなかった様な方）は、ネットで、「怨嗟の声」を上げており（その気持ちは本当に良くわかります。）、一様に、「２月中に旧要件で申し込み済の超強運の人が羨ましい。」と述べておりますが、貴公子は、その「超強運な人」になった様です。
折角、天が与えてくれたチャンスですので（さすがに大袈裟か？）、有効に利用しようと思います。
昨日のブログでも書きましたが、土地勘の無い、遠い海外に試験日前日に移動して、翌日、丸一日、試験（複数科目の受験なので）を受けると言うのが、負担でした。
東京受験が可能であるならば、例えば、貴公子の場合は、５月初旬にBECを受けて、５月末にFARを受けると言うことも、余裕で可能になります。
会社も、２日間を、半日休むくらいでOKだし。
５月受験とするか、８月受験とするかは微妙ですがねえ。
最後になりましたが、下記にMaine Accounting Boardとのやり取りを開示します。

My question is very simple regarding your latest announcement on the changes of the minimum educational requirement
Question )
I know, I have the right to take exam until the expired date of the current NTS even though my educational background does NOT meet the revised one at all.
But the issue is ; as I applied only for 2 subjects (BEC and FAR), my current valid NTS covers only for these 2 subjects(BEC and FAR).
So, what happens next if I pass the examination of these 2 subjects(BEC and FAR), for exmple, in this coming August???
(My NTS's expiration date is Aug.29)
In other words, for applying for the examination of the remaining 2 subject (AUD & REG) in near the future, for example, in this autumn,
do I need to clear new educational requirement to take AUD and REG even if I pass BEC and FAR under the previous educational requirement ????
Or, if I pass the examination for FAR and BEC using the current valid NTS in this August, can I still apply for the examination of the remaining
2 subjects(AUG & REG) under the previous educational requirement in the future before the expiration-date for BEC and FAR???

Candidates who received their Notification to Schedule (NTS) under the old educational requirements can sit for the exam until the NTS expires. Once your NTS expires, you will be required to re-apply and meet the new educational requirements that went into effect February 29, 2012.

If you have Conditional Credits:
Candidates with valid conditional credit will be permitted to continue to sit for the examination while they have conditional credit. This applies to candidates with any conditional credit - even if a portion of their credit has expired. If credit for all sections has been lost, they will be required to meet the new education requirements to continue before taking any additional sections of the examination.
