In this week, one of the biggest Bitcoin exchange (Bitfinex) located in Hong Kong was hacked and Bitcoin equivalent to USD65M was found to be stolen from their clients’ accounts.
Here is bloomberg report on this issue.
Because of this incident, Bitcoin plunged as much as 15% in last few days.

What I want to say on this incident is ; why does Bitfinex lack the sense of ownership ?
Bitfinex mentioned as below in their announcement.
＞We are deeply concerned about this issue and we are committing >every resource
＞to try to resolve it.
＞We ask for the community’s patience as we unravel the causes >and consequences
＞of this breach.
It was so funny that the one having the responsibility for this tragedy just mentioned “deeply concerned”.
Everybody connecting with Virtual Currency (VC) society including me is so “deeply concerned”, but Bitfinex is the one that causes this trouble and damages VC society.
Why does Bitfinex apologize such like “we are so sorry to make all of you trouble” ?
I think, this kind of non-relevant attitude make everybody furious and bring another trouble to VC society.
This irresponsible attitude shall have big impacts on the development of VC society.
I can NOT believe their mentality….
